The residence conditionalis the one they give you when you carry less than two years of marriage when you are approved for the residence at the request of your resident or U.S. citizen spouse.  
 
So what happens? If you carry more than two years of marriageyou get the permanent residence for ten yearsand all you have to do is renew it. Chen you get it for only two years, you have to submit a special procedure called "removal of conditions", with an I751 form.

In these cases, it is necessary to prove to Immigration that your marriage was a real marriageno only with evidence that you have already submitted initially, but with evidence that you accumulate after you have been granted residency. To achieve this, you have to review all the correspondence you receive during the month. The idea is to try to put as much of that correspondence together as possible. In addition, of course, to the photos, the travel, etc. 

When renewing the conditions, which must be submitted during a 90-day window of time before your residency expires, it is best to send a large package of evidence, avoiding an interview, and have everything approved by mail.
