TPS extended for Haitians What does this mean for other nationalities?

We have the official announcement: the 18-month extension of TPS for Haitians. Ehis ad specifically le allows people of Haiti applying for the first time if they have never applied before.

The interesting thing is to analyze what this means specifically for Hondurans, Salvadorans and Nicaraguans. So for the moment, if we look at what the impact will be on these other countries, it probably means an 18-month extension for these other nationalities as well.  

In recent years, the same treatment has been given to all TPS countries in our continent. Decisions have been made jointly for El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua and Haiti. 
Likewise, this information is not guaranteed. We are simply analyzing what has happened in recent years to forecast the future. I will give you an example:  

When we dealt with the lawsuit in Federal Court, which forced the immigration service to extend TPS until October 4, it benefited all four countries. The only problem is that the White House had not ruled on any extension other than this lawsuit until now, which it ruled with Haiti.

We can anticipate extensions as well, but the detail is that it is still not guaranteed. SWe know that this is only a work permit. This is a temporary benefit, it will eventually end.
