New public charge rule removed

This is excellent news for all those people who are applying for the residence. I explain why:
Practically, you will no longer have to submit the "I944" form with the information requested about your finances: tyour savings, your house, your job, your education, your experience, your credit... everything that has to do with your money Why? 
Because now these rules that started under the previous administration are no longer going to be in effect, they are going to go back to the old rules. They will go back to how they were and how they started during the administration of former President Bill Clinton.

Who will qualify? 

I will provide you with some examples: 
Specifically, if you have received money, or "WelFare"If you are receiving government checks in the form of, for example, SSI, you are still disqualified. But, if you have received indirect government assistance, such as: housing assistance, Plan 8, Medicaid, Food stamps"or food stamps, IF you are going to qualify.
