This is an issue that has us extremely concerned, because the state of Florida has recently joined Texas, Alaska, Arkansas and others in suing the administration for two things:

• Their handling of the border: they say they are letting in thousands and thousands of people and letting them stay in the US.
• The CAM program: it allows Central Americans, even if they don't have residency or citizenship, to bring their children. We as immigrants are happy about it, but the states are suing because they say it is illegal.

What are the chances of winning the lawsuits?

It all depends on the judge and the state where the lawsuit has been filed.
It generally works like this: the plaintiffs, in this case from the eight states, choose the Judge who has the best chance of winning and can defeat the administration of the President Biden.

They have won with the Stay in Mexico" Programwhich the Biden administration tried to cancel but was forced to reactivate because they lost the lawsuit. In turn, the administration lost the dreamers' lawsuit. DACA is not currently approving first-time cases even though Immigration recommends always applying for the first time, but that still has not been resolved.

So, the lawsuits are going to keep coming in, why? Because they know that since they have already seen that they can win against the administration, they are going to sue in different areas until another lawsuit hits. And so they are going to try to block President Biden's administration with all the pro-immigrant measures they have passed.

Remember: with Biden it is now easier than ever to become a resident. However, some doors may close for our people who are applying based on these claims.
That is why we have to take advantage of all the pro-immigrant policies and the implementation measures in favor of our people.
