The best strategies to resolve your immigration case

Let's start by analyzing what is the best strategy to achieve residency, citizenship, and resolve your immigration case. Rt really depends on your circumstances and your family condition.

If you have a U.S. citizen child who is going to petition you and you entered undocumented

There are seven different strategies under these circumstances:

1. Law 245I: allows you to prepare a fine of one thousand dollars.
2. Problem Place: if you have a family member in the armed forces, it gives you legal entry, work permit and combine it with the request.
3. TPS: travel permit
4. TPS: if you live in the sixth, eighth or ninth circuit.
