- Immigration Reform could not be approved in 2013 11/14/2013
John Boehner, President of the House of Representatives, officially announce that this year 2013, will not have conversations, debates of discussion on the immigration reform, we knew already that that this was coming, this official news, had already been commented by Mario Diaz-Balart, Republican representative for Florida and Kevin McCarthy, who is the third Republican in power of leadership in the House of Representatives, the important thing is that this should not be a surprise for anybody and we have to continue forward with our own individual plan, of solving our cases of Immigration, because for the present time, they have left the immigration reform for 2014, but what guarantee we have that they will approve the Immigration reform in 2014, none; what guarantee we have that they approve the migratory reform in 2015, or 16, after the elections, then the message is, that we have to continue advancing with what we have, because there is no guarantee of any changes in the laws of Immigration.
- Probable proposal from Republicans on the Immigration Reform 10/29/2013
The Republicans in the House of Representatives’ are enlisting an offer of Immigration reform that includes the legalization, and it would be the first one on behalf of the Republicans, so this one is a very important step because the only offer that includes the legalization in the Chamber was that of the Democrats, and if this Republican offer is approved, would give the opportunity to negotiate with what was already approved in the Senate, opening the doors for a final offer that could be sign President Obama, this Republican offer includes a work permit, a travel permit, first, for one year, later even for 6 years, during which will be decided those who qualify for the residence, the only problem is that supposedly , will be out the persons who have an order of deportation and criminal records, those persons who do not qualify, would have to go out of the country voluntarily, for the moment, it is an offer that has not even been presented yet, but gives us hopes of a future Immigration reform.
- More deportations under the Obama Administration 10/23/2013
President Obama, has been the President that has deported more persons in the history of the United States, actually, he is deporting more than 1.122 persons daily, and if they continue like this, by January, he will had deported more than 2 million persons, this is an incredible number, taking into account that the official numbers says that there are 11 million undocumented persons inside the United States so, at the end of his Presidency, he will had deported 3 million persons, and when he is asked if he is ready to stop the deportations, he says that it is not legal to take any step to stop the deportations and that is not true, because he took a step to stop the deportations of the students, approving the deferred action for them, equally, he might approve the deferred action for the families, he insists that it is in the hands of the Congress to stop the deportations for the moment.
